Watch Out For These Teams During Valorant Champions!

1-5

These teams will shock the world.

EDward Gaming

Let's start with the team most of you haven't heard about, and it's EDward Gaming from China. It's the first time we will see them at an international LAN, but we already know what we can kind of expect. Just like DRX, EDward Gaming represents a super aggressive playstyle that most of the EMEA and North American teams find hard to counter. Yet, this is also a reason why their games are so good to watch – they are intense, and everything happens fast. | © EDward Gaming

Booom

BOOM Esports

BOOM Esports is an Indonesian team that made it to Champions through a Last Chance Qualifier. Although we haven't seen them at any major tournament yet this year, after seeing their performance during LCQs, we are convinced they won't give up so easily. The roster contains great Controller players like blaZek1ng and outstanding rushers that love to play it risky like BerserX. BOOM's playstyle is also pretty unique compared to NA or EMEA teams, so this will always be something interesting to watch. | © BOOM Esports

Team liquid vct

Team Liquid

Next up, another team that got on Champions with Last Chance Qualifier, although it is much more well-known than the previous two. We include this roster in our compilation for two reasons. First, the roster experienced a refresh with the addition of Dmitriy "dimasick" Matvienko, who showed us his best during the LCQs. And second, it looks that ScreaM and the boys are in great shape, and they seem to be the favorite in their group. | © Riot Games

Loud

LOUD

After the VCT Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik tournament, this team gave the Brazilian scene a new meaning in the world of Valorant eSports. During both Majors, LOUD presented interesting tactics and incredibly good teamplay and got to the Grand Finals. One thing is for sure – their games will bring numerous exciting tactics that will later shape the ranked play metagame, so you can watch them just for that. Besides, we think LOUD will want their revenge to take back the trophy that was taken away from them by OpTic Gaming in Reykjavik. | © Riot Games

Fpx ziom

FunPlus Phoenix

And finally, a team that is a pretty obvious pick, but, well, after all, it is this roster that seems to be the strongest Valorant team in the world at the moment. FunPlus Phoenix is currently picked as the favorite to win the entire Valorant Champions event... and no wonder! They have an insane roster full of hungry skilled players, and they just won a VCT Stage 2 Copenhagen. FPX will definitely make it far, but how far? We will see soon. | © Riot Games

Ahead of us is the most essential Valorant tournament of the year, the Champions 2022. The hype is real - ticked for the event sold out in minutes! This will be the second Valorant World Championships, full of the best Valorant teams. However, there are a couple of teams worth paying a little more attention to and whose matches we think may be the most interesting to watch, which is why we decided to prepare this listing.
