Valorant French Org Valiant Win Coupe De France

Valorant France has their own yearly tournament, and it has just finished and crowned a team as victors. Even though the team is French, they only have one French player and managed to win it without picking Chamber at all.

Regional or National tournaments are fundamental to the Valorant scene as they are one of the first steps for the new up-and-coming Athletes. Even though their prize pool & exposure aren't as big as the VCL/VCT events, the experience gathered is vital and is a part of the path to Victory.

Valorant: Who Are Team Valiant?

The winners of Coupe de France are Team Valiant, and this is their first-ever event win since their founding. The team was founded earlier this year and has just started competing in the Valorant scene. The team consists of players who have previously played for EMEA teams from the VCL most notably KOI & Giants. The French Valorant scene is stacked and already has big teams such as Karmine Corp, Team Vitality & GentleMates, and with this win, Valiant is probably aiming to join the big boys very soon.

Valiant qualified to Coupe De France via the VCL France Split 2 where they finished 5th-6th which is a place that grants a slot to the tournament. During the Group Stage, they finished 1st with a score of 4-1, losing one series to 3DMAX. 1st Place in the group meant that they went directly to the Semi-Finals of the Playoffs, from which they managed to win their way to the trophy. This is a very big step in the right direction for the team, and hopefully, they can repeat it at the Liquid Open 2023, where the France/Benelux qualifier is just around the corner.

Their most notable player during their run was Polvi, who is their star duelist and main fragger of the team. Even though it's a smaller tournament he surely attracted a lot of attention and we might expect offers coming for him very soon. The offseason has just started, and there's so much going on! Our News Section will try to cover all of the news about it and keep you updated. Stay tuned, Ludwig X Tarik Invitational details will soon be spilled and we're you are as impatient as us about it.
