The table on top shows who's playing in the Qualifier, and how they are doing so far. To get a better grip of the live results and what the playoff table looks like, we will show you an updated table of the playoffs.

But before that, let's explain how the Hybrid Elimination Bracket works.

China Qualifier Format

The teams that are participating consist of 2 types of qualifies:

  • Invited Teams
  • Preliminary Stage teams

The top 2 teams from each act (1 and 2) get the direct invite and will play straight from the Upper Brackets. In this case, in Act 1 the top 2 teams were Attacking Soul Esports and EDward Gaming. This is how Act 2 turned out to be in terms of placements and qualifications.

The standings for Act 2 were:

  1. EDward Gaming
  2. Bilibili Gaming
  3. Attacking Soul Esports
  4. FPX

In this case, we have two teams that already have the direct invite, so the next two teams that should the invite are: Bilibili Gaming & FPX. The preliminary teams are the top 8 teams from the China Preliminaries.
